Turn around policy

From your creativity to your mailbox, our policy is to provide you with a product and delivery that meets or exceeds your expectations.

We realize that your invitations, fliers, and all other photo card designs are time sensitive.  We strive for quality and speed from our printers to your mailbox.

Upon confirmation of your order our staff inspects your design meticulously before scheduling your order to be printed.  Once printed it will undergo another review for quality before packaging.  Your order is then sent via UPS ground.  All of our orders are sent standard ground.  Rush orders will be sent 2nd day air. 

From the time you receive our confirmation receipt to the time your order is delivered averages between 4-6 business days.  If you’re in more of a rush, please consider our digital download option and have your design file moments after purchase.
