Return Policy

     Design R Prints fully stands behind the quality and service of our products. However, if there is an error on our part, we sincerely apologize and ask that you notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.  Once notified, you will either be offered a full refund or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option available.  Should you choose to have a full refund or exchange, we request that you return the order in its original form and packaging.  Once the order is received we will issue your refund.  We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that entail mistakes in design layout, contents, spelling, times, dates, grammar and punctuation due to your prior agreement of design approval, at the time of proofing.
