Is 4x8 the only size photo card you offer?
Yes, at this time.
Do you offer matte finish prints?
At this time we only offer high gloss prints.
How come my pictures look fuzzy, grainy, or pixelated in my proof?
If your photos do not come out as clearly as you would like it may be because of the quality or resolution of your image. Also when your image is placed on the design template and zoomed in excessively it will begin to degrade the clarity of your image. If this is not to your liking we recommend that you upload a higher resolution image to your library.
Can I use images from the web for my design?
No. We do not suggest using images from the web. The reason being is that web based images are at a much lower resolution then images ready for print. There may also be copyright issues.
How do I upload photos to my template?
In order to get your personal images to your design template you must first select the "add photos" button from the image library in step #2. This will bring up your computer's file browser, where you can then locate the images you wish to add to your library. Your internet speed and file upload size will dictate how fast your images are uploaded to the image library. Once your images are in the library it is as simple as dragging and dropping your images right into the design template.
How do add my personal message?
You may add as many messages as you would like to your template. You must first type your message into the message editor. Then select the font type, size and color if you prefer anything other than what is pre-selected for you. Create your custom message by selecting "Apply" and your message will then be created as you specified. Next simply drag and drop it onto your photo card design. Then you can re-edit what you have or select the "New" button and create another message to add to your design.
When I type my message it's to wide for the template, How can I make it fit?
You have one of two options;
1) You may reduce the font size until it fits better in the location you would prefer it.
2) You can customize the structure and layout of your message by using "Return/Enter" on your keyboard.
What Browsers do you support?
We are constantly testing our site and keeping up to date with all the major browsers and updates in order to keep your experience from suffering any complications. Currently our interactive design interface works best on:
-Internet Explorer 6 (or newer)
-Firefox 3.0 (or newer)
-Safari 3.2 (or newer)
What Payment Methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All of our orders are encrypted and intensely secure using the highest quality encryption and authentication of all customers’ sensitive data. Also, your personal data is secured and encrypted and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
What Image/photo formats can I upload?
Our design interface is currently capable of accepting .jpg, .jpeg, .gif and .png.
Can I hand write my own personal messages on the card?
It is not recommended. Your order will be printed on high quality photo paper, not card stock paper.
